Alito to be Justice

Judge Alito becomes Justice Alito today and the demise of Roe is on the Horizon. two down and one to go Roe v. Wade will be interesting history and the bill of rights will return to having ten amendments. Now if we can just remove that language about the seperation of Church and State from Amendment one we will be close to being back to the Constitution the American people ratified with the Amendements they approved in accordance with the processes set forth in said Constitution
